As a first time home buyer, I knew little about the whole process, but he really guided me through everything. AJ made buying our first home easy! He was flexible with our schedule for showings, very knowledgeable about the process, and supportive throughout. Even a year after closing, when running into an unpaid utility bill by the previous owner, AJ was available to help get in contact with the right people so we didn't end up having to pay out of our own pockets. AJ was so patient with us! We had a general idea of what we were looking for but really had little idea of where and if we could find it. He was patient with us and allowed us the space to go back and forth on what we were looking for and wanting. When we did make a decision it was for a short sale and AJ explained the process to us--the good, the bad and the ugly, so we knew what we were getting into in terms of length of time and the possibility the bank would say no. Josh was great to work with! Josh is very knowledgeable of the area, he is very responsive, and he is very flexible when it came to scheduling house tours. I can be indecisive at times and Josh helped me along the way to find the type of home I was looking for, and he helped made me feel confident in the decision I made when I finally put my first offer in. I also like how he would check in on me from time to time making sure I was happy throughout the whole process even after buying my home. I would recommend him to all my friends and family.

We had such a great experience working with Mel! All you hear about lately is how horrible trying to buy a house is, we cannot say the same. Mel was so quick to respond and meet up at short notice to see houses. She helped direct us, as first time home buyers, to see the big picture in houses. I came into the homebuying process with next to no knowledge, I wasn't even certain if I wanted a house, condo or townhome.  I just knew I was ready to purchase and the area that I wanted to look in.  Ben sent options daily to review and we were able to hone in on what I wanted vs. didn't in a home.  When we did find a condominium that fit all of my preferences he was quick to book an showing and helped refer me to proper financing options to get an offer in before someone else jumped at it.  Ben was very professional, responsive to all questions (even my dumb ones), and made the entire process of buying a home tenfold less of a headache than it can be with less experienced professionals.  Would highly recommend to any looking for a home!
