K'Kinaco Nikkei & Pisco Bar

A NEW RESTAURANT JUST OPENED UP!

K'kinaco Nikkei & Pisco Bar at 922 Main Street, Hopkins, serves mouth watering Japenese delicacies and thirst quencing drinks.  "Nikkei" is a word that comes from the decendants of Japanese immigrants living all around the world.  In Peru, they began arriving in earnest at the turn of the 20th century to work on plantations.  Somewhere along the way, "Nikkei" began to refer to the food that arose from the Japanese presence in Peru.
